InstAid Mobile App goes live on Google Play, Apple App Store and Huawei Gallery Store

Today, Thursday, December 15, 2022, Safetrac Limited will unveil its latest mobile application system on the Google Play Store, Apple App Store and Huawei Gallery Store.

The app, named InstAid, powered by South Africa’s largest response company called Aura, provides subscribers with the opportunity to purchase and access the app through the Google Play Store, Apple App Store and Huawei Gallery Store. InstAid offers a reliable and user-friendly SOS/911 mobile app, complete with 24/7 secured monitoring and an emergency dispatch control room center.

In the event of a medical emergency or when personal safety is compromised, activating the emergency button on the app will instantly notify the command centre. The centre will immediately contact the user and dispatch appropriate emergency responders based on the SOS signal.

Mr Peter Echessah, Founder and Director of Safetrac Limited, shared with K24 news that over 500 individuals have already pre-registered for the service. The app is designed to provide users with fast, convenient, and real-time access to critical emergency services.

“Don’t leave the security and well-being of your family to chance,” urged Mr Echessah. “Through our network of 24/7 service providers, trained dispatchers, and a state-of-the-art emergency dispatch control room centre working in collaboration with local first responders, we ensure that you receive the help you need when you need it!”

The InstAid app prioritizes real-time response to emergency incidents. By combining smart technology with a network of mobile service providers, it delivers unprecedented efficiency in protecting users and their loved ones around the clock.

InstAid has partnered with over 40 Security companies and over 20 Ambulance companies to provide Ambulance and Security Emergency Response Services. This extensive network of ambulances and security personnel enables prompt responses to medical and security emergencies reported through the app.
